General

What is this page?

We are a competitive platform dedicated to Left 4 Dead 2, focused on organized matches, competitive showdowns, and building an active community that seeks fair play and a high skill level.

Is the site free?

Yes, registration is completely free. However, some advanced features may require monetary expenditure.

In which region does the platform operate?

The platform is open to players from any country. We have servers optimized to offer the best possible experience depending on availability.

Account and Registration

How do I create an account?

You just need to register with your basic Steam data from the main page. Once logged in, you can access matches, tournaments, and the balance system.

Can I have more than one account?

No. The use of multi-accounts is strictly prohibited. Detecting multiple accounts may result in sanctions or a permanent ban.

Can I change my username?

Yes, and you can update it without logging out and back in, just by using the “Update Info” button.

Servers and Matches

What mode is played?

Mainly Versus / (ZONE MOD) mode in Left 4 Dead 2, with competitive configurations.

How many players do the servers support?

Our servers are configured for 10 slots, but 2 spectator slots are for administrators.

Can I use the server while others are playing?

No. Each server is used for a single active match. Once finished, another one can be started.

What happens if I use hacks or cheats?

Cheating results in a permanent ban, without the right to appeal in most cases.

Can I report a player?

Yes. You can report players from the platform by attaching evidence (videos, demos, or Discord screenshots).

Balance, Top-ups, and Redemptions

What is the minimum EC top-up?

The minimum top-up is $3 USD or 150 EC.

What is the use of earning EC?

By accumulating a certain amount of EC, you can redeem them for rewards in the Store section.

What payment methods are available?

We currently accept PayPal for international players, and for those in Peru, manual top-up with the administrator is available using existing local methods for greater ease.

How long does a redemption take?

Redemptions are processed manually to avoid system issues, so they may take between 24 and 48 hours.

Rules and Sanctions

What sanctions exist?

Sanctions may include:

• Temporary suspension
• Permanent ban

Can I appeal a sanction?

Yes, in some cases you can contact the administrator or staff via the Discord server. There is no appeal form on the website.
